The people of Belgium have been waiting with bated breath to get a glimpse of the first-ever Apple store to open in Brussels and now the wait is finally over. The interior focuses on a desire for the natural and is designed by Apple’s very own Jony Ive with the help of his co-designer and Burberry CEO, Angela Ahrendts. The bright open-plan space is furnished with light timber that emphasizes the eight trees that line the middle of the store, leading customers to the Genius Bar. Customized fittings include wooden drawers that display the Apple Watch as well as a large screen at the back of the store that showcases super-sized Apple products while you wait.
